How Do I Login to AirEKey?

If you are a resident with the airEkeysystem installed in your home, you have two options to log in to your account:

  1. Via our airEkey Host mobile app (Preferred)
  2.  Via a web browser by going to my.airEkey.com and clicking Login in

If airEkey Host has not yet been installed in your unit, or if you have not yet been given access to your my.airEkey account by your property management team, you will not be able to sign in. You must have the devices installed and been "moved-in" in airEkey in order to gain access to your new AirEKey account.

At the time you move in, or when your airEkey installation is complete, you will receive an email with the subject line Welcome to airEkeyprompting you to create a password, download our mobile app and log in to your airEkey account.

 

To log in via the mobile app:

  1. Download airEkey from your phone's app store. This will be the Apple App Store if you have an iPhone device or the Google Play Store if you have an Android device.
    Note: If you do not own a smartphone, you will need to log into your airEkey account via a web browser (see instructions below).
  2. Open the airEkey Host mobile app.
  3. Enter your login email and password.
  4. Tap Sign In.

To log in via web browser:

  1. Go to my.airEkey.com .
  2. Enter your login email and password.
  3. Click Sign In.

Note: The web browser version of airEkey only supports a few basic features

  • controlling your devices remotely
  • executing already created scenes
  • enabling security features like Two Factor Authentication (2FA)
  • viewing your resident code

For access to the full suite of airEkey features (such as creating new scenes, setting up device schedules, creating guest access codes, resetting your resident code, and much more) you will need to download and use the airEkey mobile app.
